Kisan Sanchar is incorporated u/s 25 of Indian Companies Act 1956 now section 8 of Indian Company Act 2013 on 15^th March 2020 vide License Number 10XXXX3 dated 15^th March 2012.

Kisan Sanchar is also registered u/s 12 AA of Indian Income Tax Act as Charitable Organization vide AAEXXX426KEXXX36 dated 2X/0X/2XXX 01-Sub clause (i) of clause (ac) of sub section (1) of section 12A

Kisan Sanchar is also registered u/s 80G of Indian Income Tax Act as Charitable Organization vide circular number AAEXXX26KF2XXXX7 dated 2X/0X/2XXX Validity AY 2022-23 to AY2026-207 11 -Clause(i) of first proviso to subsection(5) of section 80G

Kisan Sanchar is also registered at MCA under CSR-1 vide CSR000XXXX1 dated 03/0X/2XXX
